Our delivery time within the Netherlands is 1-2 business days, to Belgium it is 2-3 business days, to Germany it is 2-4 business days, and to other European countries it is 2-8 business days.

Within the Netherlands, we apply a rate of €6.95, for Belgium and Germany €9.95, for other European countries this is €12.95

In November we are offering free shipping instead of a gift.

Our dog's Instagram account, @chase_veo, has all kinds of free videos about teaching commands and using our products.

New European regulations concerning packaging will come into effect on August 12, 2026. For webshops like FurFun, this means we will have to comply with additional registration and reporting obligations per EU country and appoint a local representative in some countries.

Therefore, we have temporarily had to pause shipments to a number of EU countries.

We are currently reviewing what is needed per country and where we can responsibly reopen shipments. Hopefully, we will be able to add more countries in the coming period.
