FurFun Shipping Policy

Delivery Time

We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
The estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days in the Netherlands, 2-3 days for Belgium, please ask us for the current delivery time for your country.

During busy periods, holidays, or exceptional situations, delivery times may be slightly longer. In such cases, we will inform you via our website or email.

Shipping Costs

For orders within the Netherlands, the shipping costs are as follows:

  • Shipping fee: €6.95 for standard delivery (pickup is free of charge).
    For shipments to other EU countries, different rates apply. Please contact us at info@furfun.nl for more information about international shipping costs.

Shipping Partners

We work with reliable shipping partners such as PostNL, DHL, and DPD to ensure that your order is delivered safely and on time.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Missed Delivery

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a note with further instructions. In most cases, the package will be delivered to a neighbor or taken to a pickup point.

Damage or Delivery Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If there is an issue with the package or its contents (e.g., damage or an incorrect item), contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@furfun.nl. Include photos of the damage and the shipping label so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays can sometimes occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., bad weather or carrier delays). If your package has been in transit for more than 5 business days, please contact us so we can investigate.
